Custom Engineering

Every ballistic blanket designed and manufactured by Stroud is engineered for the specific environment and intended usage of that blanket. We take into consideration operating temperature, ambient temperature, RPM’s, density of materials covered, chemical exposure, and an array of other factors when designing and manufacturing your blanket. The number of layers and how we combine the materials is all dependent on our engineer’s analysis of intended use and the environment in which the blanket will function.

The Best Raw Materials

You never have to wonder about the quality of a Stroud ballistic blanket. Stroud blankets, curtains, and blast barriers are all manufactured using Gentex Dual Mirror 1095 (Pa255 Para Aramid Twill) and Dupont Kevlar Aramid Fiber 29 Yarn.
